Lash Legend is quickly making a name for herself as one of the most charismatic stars in WWE, but even she admits that working with “The Man” was an eye-opening experience. In a new interview with WittyWhitter, Legend looked back on last year’s Survivor Series, where she teamed with Becky Lynch for the WarGames match. Specifically, she recalled a promo where Lynch claimed to be more powerful than powerhouse teammates like Legend and Nia Jax.
Legend reacted to Lynch’s on-screen bravado with a mix of amusement and disbelief, noting that Lynch fully commits to her own hype.
“She’s ridiculous. She is in her own world. That girl is in her own world. For her to just even think she can say something like that. I’m looking at her like, ‘girl, now you know.’ We know. The whole WWE universe know. We all looking at you like you crazy, girl. Yeah, she’s a character. She’s a character, but it was really cool getting to work alongside of Becky Lynch.”
Despite the side-eye regarding Lynch’s power claims, Legend expressed gratitude for the opportunity to share the cage with such high-caliber talent. She viewed the match as her “welcome to the big leagues” moment.
“Because she says she’s the greatest. It was really cool being able to be in that ring with all those girls in general, just being one of the 10 girls in WarGames. I was like, ‘wow,’ stepping into this ring, all these future hall of famers, legends. I’m like, yeah, I’m here with the big dogs now, and I fit right in.”
