Liv Morgan doesn’t know which night of WrestleMania 42 she’ll be competing on — and she doesn’t care. Speaking on Director’s Cut Radio, the Women’s World Champion made clear that the destination matters far more than the scheduling details, and that the path to get here already feels historic on a personal level.
“I think for me it might end up ranking as number one, because after 11 years of hard work and dedication I finally certified myself a spot in the WrestleMania event,” Morgan said. “Which day I don’t know, but it doesn’t matter because I’m going to walk out a champion. So, I’m super excited.”
The significance of the moment isn’t lost on Morgan, who has been with WWE since 2014 and spent years working her way up from developmental to becoming one of the company’s top female stars. She is scheduled to defend the Women’s World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, a match that has been building across several weeks of Raw. Morgan’s confidence heading in is unmistakable — she’s not just looking to compete on the grandest stage, she’s looking to leave with the title still around her waist.
