The “Samoan Werewolf” is officially ready to prove he belongs at the top of the food chain. Ahead of their physical encounter on tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown, Jacob Fatu addressed his brewing rivalry with Drew McIntyre. Speaking with Esteban Ramirez, Fatu made it clear that he isn’t interested in a slow “build-up,” but rather a definitive display of dominance to protect his reputation as one of the “coldest cats” in the sport.
“Drew’s a fighter, and Drew’s one of the baddest men, okay, I get that. But don’t get it twisted, man. Jacob Fatu is in that same damn conversation,” Fatu declared. He acknowledged McIntyre’s extensive list of accomplishments but noted that he is coming into WrestleMania 42 with a mission to prove he is the baddest man in the company. “I don’t lose… somebody is going to lose,” Fatu concluded, setting an ominous tone for their match in Phoenix tonight.
