IYO SKY Says Asuka Is Treating Kairi Sane Wrong and Challenges Raquel Rodriguez to MSG Match

IYO SKY is not staying quiet about what she sees happening between Kairi Sane and Asuka — and she’s also got unfinished business with Raquel Rodriguez. In a video posted following Monday’s Raw, where IYO had a backstage encounter with both Kairi and Rodriguez, Sky laid out exactly where she stands on both situations.

“Rhea went to SmackDown and I’m no longer the Tag Team Champion. Now I’m starting to see things clearly,” IYO said. “Kairi might have chosen to follow Asuka on her own, but the way Asuka’s treating Kairi right now isn’t right. Kairi needs to realize that and she needs to get out of there. I need her to see it.”

IYO Shifts Focus to Raquel Rodriguez at Raw MSG Before Addressing the Kairi Situation

With Rodriguez having been increasingly involved in her business, IYO made the MSG match her immediate priority. “Raquel — I don’t know what your deal is, but you’ve been all over me lately. Next week, at Madison Square Garden, IYO SKY is gonna take you down and send you packing. I’ll deal with the Kairi and Asuka thing after that. No worries — I can do that.” The comments suggest IYO is positioning herself to potentially pull Kairi away from Asuka’s influence, with next week’s Raw at MSG serving as the first step in settling her own score before turning attention back to the Kabuki Warriors situation.
