NXT’s biggest match at Stand & Deliver is now official. Following the March 24 episode from the Performance Center in Orlando, NXT Interim General Manager Robert Stone confirmed that Joe Hendry will defend the NXT Championship in a Fatal Four-Way against Ricky Saints, Tony D’Angelo, and Ethan Page at Stand & Deliver on April 4 in St. Louis.
The announcement came after a chaotic main event in which Saints faced D’Angelo, with Page — who accompanied Saints to the ring — getting involved and attacking D’Angelo. Hendry came out to restore order before things descended into full chaos, with Page and Saints both grabbing hold of the NXT title belt as the cameras cut backstage.
NXT Championship Fatal Four-Way: Joe Hendry (c) vs. Ricky Saints vs. Tony D’Angelo vs. Ethan Page. NXT North American Championship: Myles Borne (c) vs. Johnny Gargano (with Candice LeRae) — Gargano won the Gauntlet Eliminator on the March 24 show. NXT Tag Team Championship: Vanity Project (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes) (c) vs. TBD. Sol Ruca vs. ZARIA. NXT Women’s Championship: Jacy Jayne (c) vs. TBD. Sexyy Red appearance also confirmed. A contract signing for the four-way is set for the March 31 NXT at Madison Square Garden.
