Braun Strowman’s physique doesn’t happen by accident — and the numbers behind it are staggering. Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the former Universal Champion broke down a daily diet that reaches approximately 7,300 calories, built around six pounds of meat, 16 cups of rice, a dozen eggs, a full bag of spinach, multiple tablespoons of olive oil, dairy products, and up to two gallons of water.
The menu rotates between grilled chicken, fish, and beef with plain rice and vegetables as the foundation, supplemented by cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. It’s a regimen built entirely around fueling a body that operates at elite athletic levels.
Strowman Has No Interest in Being Compared to Other Wrestling Legends
Beyond the diet, Strowman addressed his career philosophy with equal directness. While he acknowledges Dwayne Johnson and Dave Bautista as motivating figures, he has zero interest in being seen as the next version of either of them. “I don’t want to be the next Rock, I don’t want to be the next Batista. I want to be the first Adam Scherr — and I am,” he said. The comment reflects the same independent mindset that has defined his post-WWE outlook since his release in May 2025.
