Liv Morgan has spoken at length about how her WWE career didn’t just prepare her for acting — it actively opened the door. Speaking with Brad Gilmore, Morgan traced the evolution from WWE performer to film and television actress, making it clear the two worlds are far more connected than people might expect.
“It was a love that developed over time during my tenure here at WWE — just loving performing, loving acting, loving being a character,” Morgan said. “WWE was just so gracious enough to let me try to spread my wings a little bit and dip my toes in that space. I’ve got murdered by Chucky, which is so iconic. I have my film Bad Lieutenant coming out in a couple of months, and that is all through the grace of WWE allowing me to see how great I can be.”

Morgan also drew a compelling parallel between WWE’s live format and the demands of a film set. “WWE puts you in the headspace of — I have one opportunity to get this right,” she explained, contrasting that with the multiple takes available in film. “My first take is going to be great because that’s what I’ve been trained to do.” She also addressed Danhausen’s curse on Dominik Mysterio, reiterating her thousand-foot rule while adding a new warning: “I can easily pull another Liv Morgan revenge tour out of my bag. If I were Danhausen, you should know I will spend one year of my life making your life miserable.”
