WWE 2K26 Update Adds Chelsea Green’s Finisher, Stamina Changes, and Season 2 Details

WWE 2K26 has received a significant update with Patch 1.07 now live across all platforms, bringing a wide range of gameplay improvements, balance adjustments, and new content additions as the game heads into its WrestleMania 42 season. The 2K team also announced several Ringside Pass updates aimed at helping players catch up ahead of Season 2’s April 15 launch.

Among the most notable gameplay changes is an adjustment to the Stamina Meter, with stamina costs now increasing more gradually over the course of a match to prevent players from becoming Winded too early. Reversals now cost less stamina when fighting multiple opponents, and the damage threshold for triggering an instant DQ after attacking a referee has been increased. New moves have also been added to the game, including Chelsea Green’s Cradle Flatliner and Blake Monroe’s Glamour Shot Finisher.

WWE 2K26 Season 2 Ringside Pass Details and Player Rewards Announced

The Ringside Pass updates offer meaningful incentives for both new and existing players. All current and future players will receive enough RXP to unlock 20 tiers of Season 1 progress after logging in, with a 24-hour processing window. Players who have installed, linked a 2K account, and played the game before April 14 will also receive enough RXP to unlock 20 Season 2 tiers when Season 2 launches. Starting with Season 2, the required RXP per tier drops from 800 to 625, and all four DLC characters in future Premium Seasons will be available at Tier 1 for Premium Pass holders from launch day. A limited-time 2x VC event for PvP matches in The Island runs from March 30 through April 15, adding a short-term incentive for competitive players in the lead-up to WrestleMania weekend.
