Tiffany Stratton and WWE NXT’s Shady Elnahas have taken their relationship to a permanent new level with matching tattoos that tell a single message split across both of their wrists. Elnahas’ wrist reads “Till death in this life,” while Stratton’s continues the sentiment with “& the next” — a romantic and deeply personal gesture that the couple shared on social media.
The matching ink follows Elnahas previously getting a tattoo of Stratton’s eye on his arm, doubling down on a level of commitment that has captured the attention of wrestling fans online. The couple appear genuinely devoted to each other, making their public declarations of affection one of the more endearing stories on the periphery of WWE programming.
Away from the romantic milestone, Stratton’s professional situation heading into WrestleMania 42 remains uncertain. A storyline has been building on SmackDown around the Women’s United States Championship involving Stratton and Giulia, but when asked directly about her WrestleMania plans, Stratton indicated she has not been officially informed of any match. “Yeah, I mean, I’ve heard those rumors too. And I feel like they’re just rumors because I haven’t really been told anything about being on WrestleMania. But we’ll have to wait and see. I hope there’s a championship involved.” With the event just weeks away at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, clarity on her spot — or lack thereof — figures to come soon.
