If you thought an injury would humble Chelsea Green, think again. After missing her scheduled AAA championship defense on Saturday due to an ankle injury sustained on SmackDown, the “Hot Mess” took to social media today to share the gruesome reality of her situation. Green posted a photo on X (formerly Twitter) showing a badly swollen and discolored ankle, confirming that the injury is legitimate and likely to keep her out of action for some time.
Green Blames “WWE Management” For Negligence
Never one to miss an opportunity for a complaint, Green squarely placed the blame on her employers. “Per your negligence on Friday,” she wrote, addressing WWE management directly. She then proceeded to list a series of outrageous demands for this week’s episode of SmackDown to accommodate her condition.
The list includes “Fiji water,” “red M&Ms,” and a “wheelchair with a back warmer.” Perhaps most notably, she requested “a small man to push said wheelchair,” specifying that he “must be in tuxedo & under 5’4.” While her ankle may be in bad shape, her character work remains as sharp as ever.
