Jacob Fatu challenged Roman Reigns to a Tribal Combat match on Monday’s WWE Raw, with Michael Cole suggesting on commentary that the bout will likely take place at Clash in Italy.
Fatu opened the show before the Usos came out, leading to a physical confrontation that escalated when Reigns made his entrance. The three-on-one attack left Fatu down in the ring. Fatu responded by grabbing the microphone and issuing the Tribal Combat challenge directly to Reigns, who accepted.
WWE did not officially announce a date or event for the match, but Cole’s commentary strongly implied Clash in Italy as the destination.
Monday’s Raw took place at the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina and served as the go-home episode before Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23.
