On the February 23 episode of WWE Raw, Liv Morgan made a definitive statement. She announced that she will challenge Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42. She finalized her decision by launching a vicious attack on the current Women’s World Champion.
Morgan was originally introduced to the WWE main roster back in 2017. She debuted as part of The Riott Squad alongside Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan. The faction was eventually disbanded in 2019 after a memorable run on television.
Riott was released by the company in 2021, whereas Logan decided not to renew her contract after it expired in 2025. Liv Morgan’s ex-partner, Sarah Logan (real name Sarah Rowe), recently revealed that her wrestling days are officially behind her.
During a recent appearance on the Wise Traditions Podcasts, she explained that her focus is currently on being a homesteader. She recalled being released for the first time in 2020, after which she began the major lifestyle transition.
“I dove right into being a homesteader. I come from a family of farmers who rented land to farm on,” Logan explained. She immediately took action to secure her future. “The day I got fired, I started looking into starting a farm here because we had land.”
“We bought a place with 20 acres of agricultural fields and said, ‘Let’s plant some seeds and get some cows,’” she stated. Logan also discussed being rehired by the promotion later on. However, she claimed that the idea of her stepping away permanently had already taken shape in her mind.
“So when I was on the road, I was thinking about becoming a mother and becoming a farmer. I was like, ‘Wow, that sounds peaceful. What if I never want to come back to wrestling? What if I just want to stay at the farm?’” she noted.
“I got fired, had a baby, got rehired, and then I left the company permanently when my contract expired. I was done. At first, I was like, ‘I don’t want to come back to wrestling. I want to start a homestead and be a mother,’” Logan confessed.
Liv Morgan’s former stablemate experienced hesitation at first regarding her new life. However, things became easy after turning to her faith and prioritizing her personal needs above all else.
“At first, I was scared of it because I didn’t think I was doing enough. It took a while to settle into the peace of being a farmer and a mother,” she admitted. “It was a hard transition, but it was so needed.”
“As you can see, my life was always go, go, go — so to have to sit down and be intentionally present was hard for me,” Logan added. Finding her spiritual path ultimately provided the clarity she needed to move forward.
“It wasn’t until I became Catholic and found my faith that I really felt grounded. I was never alone, I was always on the road,” she explained. “I’m much more proud and content being Mom and Farmer Sarah than WWE Superstar Sarah.”
“I love serving my family, my husband, and my children. Obviously, I left wrestling to fully focus on all of those things,” she ended. Her husband, Erik of The Viking Raiders, remains active in the professional wrestling industry.
While Logan enjoys her peaceful life on the farm, her former partner Liv Morgan is preparing for the biggest stage of them all. Morgan will step into the ring against Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42, which takes place on April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The WWE fans are eager to see if Morgan can capture the Women’s World Championship.
