All Elite Wrestling has officially announced two brand new title matches as part of the updated AEW Revolution lineup. The card for the upcoming premium event is taking a very specific shape following the fallout from the latest television broadcast. Fans are preparing for a massive night of action in California.
A few weeks ago, Thekla defeated Kris Statlander to become the new Women’s World Champion in a grueling Strap match. She followed up that significant victory with a successful title defense over the veteran Thunder Rosa. However, after their physical match on the March 4 episode of Dynamite, the situation turned chaotic.
Statlander stepped in to stop the Triangle of Madness, consisting of Thekla, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue, from launching a post-match attack on Rosa. Shortly after the broadcast, AEW President Tony Khan announced on social media that Thekla will defend her title against Statlander. The high-stakes rematch will be a two-out-of-three falls match on March 15 at AEW Revolution.
The championship landscape also shifted during the main event of Wednesday’s Dynamite. Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, and Mark Davis defeated Adam Page, Kevin Knight, and Mike Bailey to win the AEW World Trios title. The victory was aided by a sudden interference from the world champion, MJF.
With Adam Page already scheduled for a massive title match against MJF, the new champions need fresh challengers. Okada, Fletcher, and Davis will now officially defend their Trios titles against Kevin Knight, Mike Bailey, and the legendary Mistico at AEW Revolution. This multi-man collision promises to be a high-flying affair for the live audience.
The current AEW Revolution 2026 lineup for March 15 is stacked with major attractions. AEW World Champion MJF will defend against Hangman Page in a Texas Death Match. The stakes are incredibly high, as Page can never challenge for the World title again if he loses. Additionally, FTR will defend the Tag Team titles against The Young Bucks in a highly anticipated grudge match.
The card also features Jon Moxley taking on Konosuke Takeshita for the AEW Continental title in a match with no time limit. Other confirmed matches include Bandido versus Andrade El Idolo and Brody King versus Swerve Strickland. The roster is currently finalizing their preparations for the event at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The venue in Southern California is expected to be at maximum capacity for the showcase. This will be the third year in a row that Revolution has featured a major stipulation match in the main event. Management is pulling out all the stops to ensure that the 2026 edition of the pay-per-view sets a new standard for the company.
