However, even the most stylish superstars have regrets, and Morgan recently opened up about a specific look from last year that she absolutely despises. Speaking in a new clip, the former Women’s World Champion did not mince words regarding her attire for the 2025 Royal Rumble.
“I hate this gear though, hate this gear. I only like the Guerita vest but I f**king hate this gear. I’ll never wear this again,” Morgan stated bluntly. The disdain for the outfit is so strong that she has effectively banished it from her sight. “That shit’s in my closet, I don’t even look at it. I just don’t like it. It’s not giving. It’s not giving.”

The outfit in question featured heavy use of tassels, a design choice that was a significant departure from her usual aesthetic. Morgan explained that the look was born out of a desire to visually align herself with her on-screen love interest, Dominik Mysterio. At the time, the duo was arguably the hottest act in the company, and Morgan wanted their gear to reflect their unity. Unfortunately, the execution did not match the vision.
“I was in an experimental phase I feel like, I wanted to have more resemblance to Dominik so I was playing around with tassels and I think I just got a little bit overzealous, it was just a lot at once,” she admitted. The attempt to mirror Dominik’s heritage and style resulted in an ensemble that felt cluttered rather than cohesive. While the “Guerita” vest—a nod to the “Mami” dynamic—was a hit, the rest of the gear failed to land with the superstar herself.
With the 2026 Royal Rumble taking place this Saturday in Saudi Arabia, fans can expect Morgan to debut a brand new look. Given her track record of success in the Kingdom—where she has won both the Women’s World Championship and the Crown Jewel Championship—she will likely opt for something that makes her feel more confident than the “overzealous” tassels of 2025. As one of the favorites to win the match and headline WrestleMania 42, Morgan will surely ensure her gear is “giving” everything it needs to give this weekend.
