Paige and Brie Bella will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships next week on Raw against Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez of Judgment Day. The match was made official on this week’s broadcast, which takes place in Greensboro, North Carolina. Also on the lineup, the Oba Femi Open Challenge continues — assuming WWE can find anyone willing to step up after the Backlash 2026 main event’s chaotic finish and Femi’s destruction of Berto and Angel Garza in an impromptu two-on-one handicap match this week.
Paige And Brie Bella Face Judgment Day For Tag Titles
The challengers introduced themselves with venom on this Monday’s Raw. Perez told Paige and Bella that she loved watching them back when they were “young and relevant,” then turned her attention to Bella specifically, recalling meeting her as a kid. Perez claimed Bella once told her she could carry on the Bella legacy, but accused Bella of setting the bar too low. Perez then took a shot at Paige, asking the duo to hand over the titles before another one of her scandals broke. Paige and Bella attacked their challengers, but Liv Morgan ran in to stack the odds against the champions and turn the segment into a multi-woman brawl.
Oba Femi Open Challenge Status After Raw Disaster
The Oba Femi Open Challenge has officially run into trouble. On Raw, Adam Pearce came out and announced the challenge was cancelled because nobody wanted to face Femi. The irate ruler stormed backstage to find competition himself, dragging Berto and Angel Garza to the ring after the two had been asking Pearce for any opportunity. Femi destroyed both men in an impromptu two-on-one handicap match for the easy win. The segment served as both a Femi showcase and a not-so-subtle signal about Los Garza’s standing in the company. Next week’s open challenge — if anyone accepts — will be closely watched.
