Next week’s episode of WWE SmackDown will have a temporary new home due to Winter Olympic coverage, airing on SyFy for the next two weeks. To ensure fans make the switch, WWE has loaded the February 13 card with high-stakes matchups, including two championship defenses and more Elimination Chamber qualifiers.
Cargill vs. Grace and Tag Title Match Announced
After weeks of tension, Jade Cargill will defend the WWE Women’s Championship against Jordynne Grace. The two teamed up on Friday to defeat Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, but argued backstage immediately following the win, leading to the title match booking. Additionally, the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles will be on the line as IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley defend against Nia Jax and Lash Legend.
The show will also feature two huge triple threat qualifiers for Elimination Chamber. Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu—who were entered into the match after taking out Drew McIntyre—will face Sami Zayn. On the women’s side, Alexa Bliss battles Giulia and Zelina. Rounding out the card, Trick Williams will take on Rey Fenix after the two exchanged heated words regarding Sami Zayn’s recent slump.
