Seth Rollins Provides Update On Recovery From Shoulder Surgery

The last time WWE fans saw Seth Rollins, he was being decimated by his former allies. In October 2025, at Crown Jewel, Rollins suffered a legitimate shoulder injury during his main event match against Cody Rhodes. Nearly three months post-surgery, Rollins provided a status update during an appearance on Complex News alongside his wife, Becky Lynch.

Rollins remained cautious about giving a definitive return date but offered a positive outlook on his rehabilitation. He noted that he has regained enough mobility to perform daily tasks, a significant milestone in recovery from major shoulder surgery.

“It’s coming along. It’s coming along. I had surgery about almost three months now. So, I can do most normal things like wash my hair and scratch my armpit and all those things so it’s good. You still got time. I don’t know exactly when we’re gonna come back but, I’m making progress in the right direction.”
