It has been a quiet year for “The Nigerian Giant” Omos. The massive superstar has not been seen on WWE television since competing in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in April 2024. Despite his absence from the weekly Raw and SmackDown rotation, Omos remains under contract and appears to be preparing for a reintroduction to the audience, complete with a fresh coat of paint.
Breaking his silence, Omos took to his personal Twitter account to share a cryptic fifteen-second video. Far from the roaring monster fans are used to seeing in the ring, this version of Omos was the picture of sophistication. The clip showcased him donning a sharp suit, applying fragrance, and sporting a Rolex Datejust 41 watch, accompanied by a caption that hints at a new mindset.
“Composure is a choice. OMOS IS”
This presentation aligns with recent comments Omos made about potentially “swooping back” onto television. While his official roster page currently lists him without a specific brand affiliation, he has not been idle. Throughout 2025, he made select appearances for AAA in Mexico and worked the NXT house show circuit in October, picking up wins against talents like Lexis King and Myles Borne.
Interestingly, this character tease comes just days after Omos wrapped up a short but dominant excursion in Japan. Earlier this month, he competed for Pro Wrestling NOAH, where he and partner Jack Morris captured the GHC Tag Team Championships. Omos reportedly relinquished his half of the titles last weekend to return to the United States, sparking immediate rumors that his WWE television return is imminent—possibly as a surprise entrant in the upcoming Royal Rumble.
