Braun Strowman’s “Everything On The Menu” Renewed For Season 2 Despite WWE Release

Braun Strowman’s time in the wrestling ring may have winded down, but his television career is just heating up. A new report confirms that Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman has been officially renewed for a second season on the USA Network. The food and travel series, which debuted last year, performed well enough to secure a fresh order of 12 episodes. However, the renewal sparked questions regarding branding, given that Strowman was released by WWE in May and is no longer under contract.

How He Kept The Name

Typically, when a superstar leaves WWE, they lose the rights to their trademarked character name. However, a report from Fightful Select clarifies that this situation is an exception. While the first season was produced while Strowman was still on the WWE roster, the company reportedly has no issue with the USA Network continuing to use the “Braun Strowman” name for the second season.

The reasoning is strategic: the USA Network is a longtime broadcast partner of WWE, notably airing SmackDown. Allowing the network to maintain the continuity of the show’s branding is viewed as a professional courtesy to that partnership, rather than a concession to Strowman himself.

“Semi-Retired” From The Ring

The renewal aligns with Strowman’s shift away from full-time competition. While promoting the first season last September, the “Monster Among Men” described himself as “semi-retired” from professional wrestling, signaling a clear pivot toward Hollywood and unscripted television.

“I’m semi-retired from wrestling now, too, because I want to be an actor.”

With 12 new episodes ordered, production will likely keep the big man busy for the foreseeable future. There is currently no official premiere date for Season 2, but with Season 1 concluding just last month in early December, fans may have a bit of a wait before Strowman returns to screens to devour more local cuisine.
