Triple Threat And Grudge Match Confirmed For Next Week’s SmackDown

Following a blockbuster show in London, WWE SmackDown returns to North America next week for a pivotal episode just 24 hours before Saturday Night’s Main Event. The January 23 broadcast will emanate from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and WWE has already stacked the card with high-stakes matchups.

Tag Team Title Implications

The women’s tag team division will take center stage with a massive Number One Contender’s Triple Threat match. The unlikely duo of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss will team up to face the powerhouse combination of Nia Jax and Lash Legend, as well as the technical prowess of Giulia and Kiana James. The winners will earn a future shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

Grudge Matches and Previews

Elsewhere on the card, the rivalry between Nathan Frazer and Johnny Gargano will boil over. After Frazer attacked Gargano backstage in London, the two will settle their differences in the ring next week. Additionally, fans will get a preview of the Saturday Night’s Main Event Fatal 4-Way when Trick Williams goes one-on-one with Damian Priest. Finally, the war between The Wyatt Sicks and Solo Sikoa’s “MFTs” continues, as the two factions are set to collide in a huge tag team encounter that promises chaos.
