Bianca Belair Shares Injury Recovery Update

The EST of WWE is currently facing one of the most difficult challenges of her professional career. Out of action since WrestleMania 41 last year, Bianca Belair has now shared the latest injury recovery update with her supporters. The former champion has been on a long and grueling road back to the ring.

In a series of new videos uploaded to her Instagram account, Belair shared vulnerable moments from her recovery therapies. Throughout the footage, Belair seemed to be in significant physical pain. She was seen flinching while going through her daily physical therapy exercises with a medical specialist.

The recovery process has proven to be much more taxing than many viewers originally realized. Belair shared a picture of her finger in a bandage to illustrate the current state of the injury. She detailed the daily frustrations that come with such a localized medical issue.

“Most days after therapy this is what happens. My finger just stiffens back up,” Belair stated candidly to her followers.

She explained the repetitive nature of the physical therapy and the mental toll it takes on a professional athlete. The constant setbacks have clearly tested her legendary resilience and positive attitude.

“It feels like I’m constantly starting over and everything it’s painful. Every hour I’m trying to move it so eventually it won’t be this way. Also, trying to keep scar tissue from forming again,” she added.

Last year, Belair faced off against IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The triple threat match was perceived by many observers as one of the best matches of the entire event. However, Belair came out of the match with a severe finger injury that put her on the shelf for months.

The damage required extensive medical attention and has kept her away from full-time competition. Although she returned as a special guest referee at the Evolution 2025 event, she has stayed away from taking any bumps. She also recently underwent a necessary surgery in February 2026 to further address the issue.

The WWE fans are anxiously waiting to see if she can make a surprise return at WrestleMania 42 in April. Raquel Rodriguez recently mentioned her name on the RAW Recap broadcast, stating she would love to wrestle Belair if she is healthy. However, the latest videos suggest that a return for the Las Vegas stadium show remains very much in question as she continues her painful rehabilitation process.
