The final stop before the massive Revolution pay-per-view is officially set. The full lineup has been confirmed for this Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, which serves as the go-home edition for the roster. The show was taped immediately following Wednesday’s Dynamite in San Jose, California, and features several high-profile encounters designed to build final momentum.
In a first-time-ever matchup, Andrade El Idolo will take on CMLL’s Mascara Dorada. This contest is a crucial tune-up for Andrade as he prepares for his high-stakes clash with Bandido this Sunday. Additionally, Lena Kross will be in action against Mina Shirakawa as she prepares to challenge for two different championships during the Revolution weekend.
The broadcast will also feature a heavy focus on the Trios division. Kevin Knight will go one-on-one with El Clon before his championship opportunity on Sunday. Simultaneously, one-third of the Trios Champions, Mark Davis, will face off against the returning Komander. This marks Komander’s first AEW action since January, and his high-flying style is expected to be a highlight of the broadcast.
Juice Robinson is officially set to compete in an AEW ring for the first time since December. He will team with Ace Austin and Austin Gunn of the Bang Bang Gang to battle “The Demand”—a powerful trio consisting of Ricochet, Toa Liona, and Bishop Kaun. Robinson recently returned to action during a marathon of Ring of Honor tapings and is looking to reclaim his spot at the top of the hierarchy.
The go-home show is rounded out by an appearance from Kris Statlander, who will deliver a final promo before her 2/3 Falls match against Thekla for the Women’s World Title. The Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Skye Blue, and Julia Hart) will also be in trios action. With Revolution just twenty-four hours away, the San Jose crowd was treated to a night of high-impact wrestling that will set the stage for a historic Sunday in Los Angeles.
