AEW is heading into tonight’s Revolution in an excellent mood. According to Fightful Select, sources within the company described themselves as “very happy” with the ticket sales for tonight’s event at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
WrestleTix reports the show sold 12,258 tickets, a sellout for the capacity the venue was configured at — a point Tony Khan confirmed on Friday. Khan also disclosed that the gate exceeded $1 million. Fightful notes that Revolution 2026 is now the second-biggest Revolution event in company history, trailing only Revolution 2024, which was built around Sting’s retirement match.
It is worth noting that the Crypto.com Arena can accommodate up to approximately 20,000 fans for wrestling events. Configuring venues at reduced capacities based on business projections is a standard industry practice across all promotions, so the sellout figure reflects strong demand relative to how the building was set up rather than a limitation of the show’s drawing power.
Fightful adds that fans should not be surprised if AEW Revolution receives “a big step up in importance” in 2026, though the report does not clarify whether that assessment is tied to the strong ticket sales or other factors inside the company. Tonight’s event airs live on PPV, HBO Max, DAZN, and other platforms.
