WWE WrestleMania 43 is still moving forward as planned. According to PWInsider, as of March 18, 2026, WWE has not made any changes to its plans for WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia in 2027, despite ongoing concerns about the situation in the Middle East. While the company is closely monitoring developments, nothing has been altered at this time.
WWE reportedly has backup contingency plans in place for its Saudi Arabia events should conditions change suddenly, reflecting a cautious but forward-moving approach. Internally, the situation is being treated as fluid — meaning circumstances could shift at any point — but as of now, the company is proceeding as scheduled rather than pulling the trigger on any changes.
The update provides additional context to earlier reporting from Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, who noted that internal discussions had taken place within WWE about the status of upcoming Saudi Arabia premium live events — including two scheduled for 2026 — as well as WrestleMania 43. Dave Meltzer had also noted that the July 2026 Saudi PLE was considered by most to be unlikely given that other major events such as Formula 1, UFC, and boxing have already been impacted in the region. For now, WWE’s position is to stay the course on 2027 while keeping a close watch on how things develop.
