Seth Rollins is officially waiting for a definitive answer from the medical staff. Current reports suggest that Seth Rollins is headed toward a marquee showdown at WrestleMania 42, but his opponent remains a question mark. While a grudge match against Bron Breakker has been the heavily teased direction, Breakker’s recovery from recent hernia surgery has left his status for the April 18 and 19 event in doubt.

According to Dave Meltzer, Logan Paul remains the primary “Plan B” if Breakker is not cleared in time for the Nevada desert. While Paul is currently involved in a tag team feud alongside Austin Theory against The Usos, internal sources say that “does not necessarily mean Paul won’t be in that [Rollins] match.” If Breakker receives the go-ahead, he remains the priority, but the “Maverick” of the blue brand is standing by to step into the singles spotlight against Rollins if the window for Breakker’s return closes.
