Jack Perry’s long-term AEW future is unclear after Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer reported that Perry’s deal with the company “is up” and he is currently in negotiations over a new contract.
Perry is one of AEW’s original signees, joining in January 2019 as Jungle Boy. His most recent television appearance was a loss to Mark Davis in the first round of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament on the May 27 Dynamite. He has been off AEW programming since.
Across his seven-year AEW stint, Perry has held the AEW World Tag Team Championship, the TNT Championship, the AEW National Championship and the FTW Championship.
