WWE’s interest in signing TNA World Champion Mike Santana remains strong heading into the summer, with WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reporting there is strong internal support from at least one member of the WWE main roster for Santana and that his work and professionalism are highly regarded within the company.
Should Santana sign with WWE, the company would reportedly like him on the main roster by the end of 2026. Santana’s TNA deal is believed to expire sometime in July. WWE first expressed interest in him following his NXT appearances in the summer of 2025, and that interest has not dissipated.
Santana is currently in his second TNA World Championship reign, having defeated Frankie Kazarian to win the title at the TNA iMPACT premiere on AMC in January 2026. He returned to TNA at Rebellion 2024 after five years in AEW.
