Oba Femi Expresses Hope For Future Match With Brock Lesnar

Oba Femi has established himself as a dominant force since arriving on the main roster. The former NXT standout possesses a rare combination of raw power and surprising agility. His imposing physical presence has naturally drawn comparisons to some of the most destructive athletes in the history of the company.

WWE fans have actively speculated about potential dream matches for the rising star. One name consistently brought up in conversation is none other than Brock Lesnar. During a recent interview with Denise Salcedo, Femi addressed the possibility of stepping into the ring against The Beast Incarnate.

He confidently acknowledged the public interest in a physical clash between the two heavyweights. “The demand is here. The demand is here, all we have to do is put it out there,” Femi stated. He remains optimistic that the company will eventually capitalize on the undeniable intrigue surrounding the matchup.

“Hopefully it happens, even if it’s not this year, when it does happen, we know it’s going to be phenomenal,” he added. Lesnar has operated on a limited schedule in recent years, leading to questions about his remaining tenure as an active competitor. Femi addressed this uncertainty directly.

“I don’t know if it’s going to be his last one, I don’t know how much he has left in the tank, but I know he has one more left for Oba Femi for sure,” he declared. The bold claim highlights Femi’s unwavering confidence in his own abilities. He believes he is a worthy opponent for a final, marquee program.

Femi also took the opportunity to explain Lesnar’s influence on his own career development. He clarified that while he respects the veteran’s accomplishments, he does not view him as a traditional hero. “It’s going to mean a lot to me, I grew up watching him. I wouldn’t call him a role model or anything like that, but he’s a very big inspiration behind my character,” Femi explained.

He recognizes the lasting impact Lesnar has had on the presentation of dominant heels and physical powerhouses. “Brock means a lot to the industry, and it’s going to mean a lot to me when I get to face him,” he ended. A victory over a multi-time world champion would instantly elevate Femi to the main event picture.

The possibility of this confrontation happening sooner rather than later is certainly present. Lesnar is officially advertised to appear on the February 23 episode of Monday Night Raw in Atlanta, Georgia. Meanwhile, Femi continues to build his momentum on the blue brand, recently securing a decisive victory over Kit Wilson on SmackDown. If their paths cross on the road to WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, the collision would undoubtedly shake the foundation of the entire promotion.
