WWE Superstar Bayley recently opened up about her search for purpose in the wrestling industry during an appearance on the No-Contest Wrestling podcast at the WWE 2K26 Creator Fest. Reflecting on her 13-year WWE career, Bayley admitted that despite her numerous accomplishments, a lack of creative control sometimes makes her feel like she is just “stealing money” when she isn’t being useful.
To channel her passion, Bayley organized the first-ever Lodestone Wrestling seminar in Orlando in December 2025.
The event, which she funded to be completely free for experienced independent female wrestlers (excluding travel), featured guest appearances by WWE veterans like John Cena, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Natalya, and Lyra Valkyria. Bayley noted that the seminar rekindled her “child-like wonder” and helped build a supportive community for women on the independent circuit.
She is already planning a second Lodestone seminar in Las Vegas and has expressed interest in a behind-the-scenes coaching role once her in-ring career concludes.
