R-Truth has publicly called out a wrestling news outlet for falsely reporting that he does not expect to finish his current WWE contract, saying the source has been blocked for spreading lies.
A post on X from a wrestling news website claimed Ron Killings had revealed he doesn’t expect to finish his WWE deal. Truth responded directly, writing: “They lying, yall, AND they’ve been blocked for a while now for lying. GTFOH.”
Truth signed a four-year deal with a three-year option following his return to WWE in 2025. He has said publicly that while he plans to remain active, he does not expect to wrestle for the full duration of the contract due to his age, telling interviewer Daniel Sadoh: “I’ll be done before then” — a remark that appears to have been misrepresented as a claim he would leave before the deal expired.
He is currently the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champion alongside Damian Priest.
