Top TNA Star Will Have His Contract Expire Soon

TNA World Champion Mike Santana’s contract with TNA is set to expire sometime in July, with his next move still completely open and WWE having previously expressed interest in signing him, per PWInsider.

Santana is the reigning TNA World Championship, making the timing of the contract news particularly notable. He returned to TNA in 2024 and has been one of the company’s top stars since, including appearances on WWE NXT through the ongoing WWE-TNA partnership. No new TNA deal has been confirmed, and no WWE signing has been announced.
