Liv Morgan Teases Run At AAA World Mixed Tag Team Titles With Dominik Mysterio

Liv Morgan is currently focused on the biggest match of her career at WrestleMania 42, but she already has her sights set on adding even more gold to her collection alongside her on-screen partner, Dominik Mysterio. Fresh off her victory in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match, Morgan appeared on the Battleground Podcast to discuss her future. During the interview, she was asked about the possibility of venturing south of the border to challenge for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championships.

Morgan did not shy away from the idea, embracing the potential for a cross-promotional power move. “I think that is totally an option. I said that 2026 is the year of the Judgment Day,” she stated confidently. She went on to suggest that the move is more than just a fantasy booking scenario. “Me making a trip to AAA and us winning those mixed tag titles, it doesn’t sound out of the realm of possibility. It actually sounds highly highly likely. I guess we’re just gonna have to wait and see what happens.”

The AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championships are currently held by the team of Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana. The duo captured the titles recently on February 7, 2026, defeating Ethan Page and La Hiedra (who was filling in for an injured Chelsea Green). If Morgan and Mysterio were to challenge for the belts, it would mark a significant crossover event, further solidifying the working relationship between WWE and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. With Mysterio already holding the AAA Mega Championship, adding the mixed tag titles would make the couple one of the most decorated acts in modern wrestling.
