The Undertaker Sends Message To AJ Styles After WWE RAW

The latest episode of the red brand was dedicated as an emotional tribute to The Phenomenal One, AJ Styles. The veteran performer recently retired from in-ring competition after a brutal loss to Gunther at the Royal Rumble. The company wanted to properly honor his incredible contributions to the professional wrestling industry.

Styles cut a deeply emotional promo in the middle of the ring before all WWE stars and executives came out to the stage. The locker room gathered to applaud him and celebrate his legendary career achievements. The celebration was surprisingly interrupted by the shocking return of The Undertaker.

The legendary Deadman made his way to the ring to directly confront Styles in front of the live audience. After playing a few of his signature mind games with a confused AJ Styles, The Undertaker grabbed a microphone. He then made the historic announcement that The Phenomenal One would be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Styles will officially join Stephanie McMahon in the prestigious WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026. Styles had an extremely emotional reaction to the unexpected announcement. He celebrated in the ring with his family as the WWE fans showered him with affection and respect.

The Undertaker and Styles share a unique history, having competed against each other in the critically acclaimed Boneyard Match. That cinematic encounter at WrestleMania 36 served as The Undertaker’s final match before his own retirement, cementing their bond forever. Styles’ career spanned multiple promotions, including TNA and NJPW, before he finally debuted in WWE at the 2016 Royal Rumble.

Following the television broadcast, The Deadman took to his official X account to send a public message to his former rival. He kept his statement brief but highly impactful. “An honor and a privilege. Congrats, https://twitter.com/AJStylesOrg,” The Undertaker wrote.

The induction ceremony is always a highlight of the wrestling calendar year, allowing fans to show their appreciation for the legends of the ring. It provides a rare opportunity for performers to drop their characters and reflect on their personal journeys. Styles will undoubtedly deliver a memorable speech when he takes the podium to accept his ring.

The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony typically takes place during WrestleMania weekend. WrestleMania 42 is scheduled for April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Before the roster heads to Las Vegas, they must first navigate the Elimination Chamber premium live event this Saturday, February 28, at the United Center in Chicago.
