Liv Morgan has been unsparing in how she has approached the build to her Women’s World Championship match against Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania 42 — and she was equally unsparing in describing her strategy to PAPER Magazine’s Isai Rocha. Morgan has deliberately pushed the feud into deeply personal territory, using Spanish language confrontations and pointed attacks on Vaquer’s family to generate genuine heat between two performers who, as she acknowledges, had no prior history.

“I love it, because honestly, Stephanie and I really have no business together other than: I want your championship. And so I think that we’ve made it really personal and really physical. They know we do not like each other. I think they know it’s on site when we see each other. Like, I’m talking about her mother. I called her mother trash last week,” Morgan said.
