Jey Uso’s pre-WrestleMania 42 media tour took a dramatic and unexpected turn when an interview on Cam’ron and Ma$e’s Come And Talk 2 Me podcast descended into a physical confrontation. What began as a tense exchange quickly escalated into a brawl that required security intervention and resulted in the feed being cut.
The interview was contentious from the start, with Cam’ron adopting a dismissive and smug attitude toward the former World Heavyweight Champion. The situation reached a breaking point after Uso mentioned his family and noted he was not at the level of Roman Reigns — a take Cam’ron agreed with in a manner that came across as condescending. Further verbal exchanges and traded insults pushed the situation over the edge, with Uso jumping up and pulling Cam’ron off his desk before landing a punch or two. Cam’ron reportedly kicked Uso before staff stepped in to separate them. The feed was cut moments after the physical confrontation began.
Fightful has indicated they will provide updates as more information becomes available about the full circumstances of the Uso and Cam’ron confrontation. Uso teams with Jimmy Uso and LA Knight to face IShowSpeed, Logan Paul, and Austin Theory in the six-man tag team match that opens WrestleMania 42 Night One on April 18 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The show streams live on the ESPN App in the US and Netflix internationally.
